So you came here looking for a business opportunity, but before you look at any products, compensations plans or things of that nature… it would probably be a good idea for you to know a little bit about my philosophy on business.
First and foremost, the people I work with I always consider a “partner”.
Would I be a mentor? Of course.
I would do everything I could to help you make sure you acquire or hone the skills required to grow in your business.
But it is also entirely possible that your success may surpass mine or that you may have a skill set I’ve yet to acquire. This idea is the key to any successful partnership.
No one wants to be around a person that just takes, takes and takes. You need to give back.
So please know that I tend to want to be around people and help people who add value to me as well. Know that the big leaders in this industry like to have people around them and stay in touch with people who help them grow.
This is how I’ve become close friends with Mike Dillard and other top leaders in the internet marketing industry.
Along with them having a great deal to offer me, I made sure that their time around me was well spent in terms of the value they left with, after our conversation or meeting. Mike and others then reciprocate and it becomes a win-win realtionship.
Along with this type of relationship, you must know that I am not responsible for your success. You ARE! My responsibility is to teach you, and provide you with the resources and knowledge, which will enable you to become successful.
That is my personal philosophy on anything in life. True friendships and relationships are partnerships, where you help each other grow — financially, personally and emotionally.
This made it possible for my business partner and I to be tapped by Magnetic Sponsoring to become lead instructors for the one and only, Traffic Formula LIVE event and now managing the Better Networker Social Community.
Partnerships were crucial to my becoming financially independent.
